This policy explains how agenticprime.ai processes personal data when you visit the site, subscribe to the AgenticPrime build log, or use the Agentic Readiness check.

Data we process
When you access the website, technical access data can be processed so the site, API, and generated report pages can be delivered securely. This can include IP address, request metadata, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security or error logs.
When you subscribe to the build log, we process the email address you submit, your consent status, the signup source, timestamp, IP address, country header, and browser user agent. This is used to operate the mailing list, document consent, prevent abuse, and keep a durable audit record.
When you use the Agentic Readiness check, the answers, score, tier, dimensions, locale, audience type, and optional country, industry, and company size are stored for benchmark and product analytics. If you request the detailed report by email, your email address is used to deliver the report and subscribe you to the build log. The benchmark record does not store your email address.
Newsletter and report delivery
Newsletter and readiness report requests are processed through the AgenticPrime API. Email subscription records are stored in AWS DynamoDB. Where configured, email addresses and related subscription metadata are forwarded to Kit for mailing list management. Readiness reports may be sent through Kit or AWS Simple Email Service. Internal operational notifications may be sent through Discord so new signup events can be monitored.
Analytics
The public site can use cookieless Umami analytics when it is configured. The infrastructure also keeps CloudFront and application logs for security, debugging, availability, and abuse prevention. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers on agenticprime.ai.
Legal bases
We process newsletter and email report data based on your consent. We process technical delivery, security, abuse prevention, and aggregate product analytics data based on legitimate interests in running a secure and useful website. We may also process data where needed to meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, API operation, database storage, email delivery, newsletter management, and internal operations. These include AWS, Kit, Umami when configured, and Discord for internal notifications. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards where required.
Retention
We retain newsletter data while you remain subscribed and as long as needed to document consent, process unsubscribe or deletion requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Readiness benchmark data can be retained without the email address so aggregate comparisons remain useful. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You can withdraw consent for email communication at any time. To exercise these rights, write to office@goosefraba.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority at dsb.gv.at.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, infrastructure, newsletter setup, or legal requirements change. The date above shows when this page was last updated.
